Tasty Strawberry Pudding

Ingredients
Strawberries (juice) 200g
Strawberries (for decoration) 50-100g
Yoghurt 100g
custard 5g
Sugar 40g
Steps
1. Use fresh strawberries and homemade yoghurt.
2. Rinse the strawberries several times under running water and remove the leaves and stems.
3. Juice a part of the strawberries and leave a small part for decoration.
4. Put the strawberries in the cooking machine.
5. Add yoghurt and granulated sugar.
6. Start the cooking machine and make the juice.
7. Pour into a container and heat under hot water or in the microwave until slightly warm.
8. Soak gelatin in cool white water for one or two minutes until softened.
9. Melt into liquid form over hot water.
10. Pour into the slightly warmed strawberry yoghurt mixture.
11. Stir well.
12. Pour into a pudding bottle.
13. Add the chopped strawberry pulp.
14. Cover and place in the refrigerator for about two hours, depending on the size of the container.
15. Wait about 2 hours to solidify and then add some mint as decoration.
16. Finish.
You can also use other fruits instead, the same practice. If you like the taste a little thicker, you can replace the yoghurt with light cream and add about 20 grams of condensed milk.
